3. Pricing and Payments

 

Our pricing is determined based on the nature and complexity of your project. You will receive a customized project proposal or invoice that outlines the cost. Payments must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in the invoice.

4. Turnaround Time

 

The estimated turnaround time will be provided in your project proposal. While we strive to meet these deadlines, they may vary based on the scope of the project.

5. Revisions

 

Clients are entitled to a maximum of two free revisions for each project. Additional revisions may be subject to an additional fee, which will be outlined in your project proposal.

6. Retainer Agreements

 

Clients requiring ongoing image editing services can enter into a retainer agreement. This arrangement includes discounted rates and priority scheduling.

7. Free Trial

 

New clients may request a free trial service to evaluate our capabilities. We reserve the right to reject any free trial request without providing a reason.

8. Confidentiality

 

We are committed to ensuring the confidentiality of your data. All project materials and client information will be treated as strictly confidential.

9. Rights and Ownership

 

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of edited images. We may request the use of the edited images in our portfolio or promotional materials unless specified otherwise by the client.

10. Termination

– Either party can terminate a project or retainer agreement in writing. Payments for completed work are non-refundable.

 

11. Cancellation

– In the event of a project or retainer cancellation, payments for work completed up to that point are due, and any discounts applied will be recalculated.

 

12. Liability

– While we aim for high-quality work, we are not liable for any loss, claims, or damages resulting from the use of our services.

 

13. Disputes

– In the event of disputes, we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve issues in an amicable and timely manner.
